Prospect Goaltender Has Hot Start

Ryan Kennedy at The Hockey News takes a look at some of the top prospects of the week including Rangers goaltending prospect Scott Stajcer...

Scott Stajcer, G – Owen Sound Attack (OHL) Although this is likely the first time Owen Sound has scored two nods on The Hot List in the same week, it would have been impossible to ignore Stajcer’s start to the season. The fourth-year OHL netminder has been lights-out for the surprising Attack, boasting a 1.00 goals-against average and .969 save percentage in three undefeated starts. Drafted 140th overall by the New York Rangers in 2009.

...the goaltending depth in the Rangers organization is ridiculous, between Lundqvist, Johnson, Talbot and now Stajcer.
