McDonagh Hoping for a Long Career For Him & Stepan With Rangers

In a piece on the Wisconsin duo of Derek Stepan and Ryan McDonagh, Bruce Berlet at hartfordwolfpack.com has this quote from the Wolf Pack defenseman on getting to play with his former Badger teammate again...

“It would be fun to be back together again,” McDonagh said. “We’ve hopefully got a long career ahead us and hopefully it’s always with the New York Rangers.”

...that quote has to put a grin on every Rangers fan's face.

our defesne has to be the youngest or near that in the whole league. and forwards are fairly young too. in 1st 2 games other than backup goalie we started 3 guys in 30s who are 30 31 and 32 respectively.

sounds like a youth movement to me
