so this guy tallies 26 points as a rookie and people get all excited. anisimov puts up 28 points and people talk about how he was a disappointment.
can someone explain this to me?
i dont see how people think anisimov was a dissipointment. Probably because he was supposed to come in and be a top 2 line center, but didnt have the experiance yet. Still, he showed signs of greatness throughout the season, and i could see him putting up a 40 point season this year if he moves up, because he definatley has the raw skill. Kennedy just sort of suprised everybody apparently.
anisimov wont be a disappointment when the season starts. hes gonna play really well. im hoping he plays a bit with frolov. i have a feeling anisimov might become a bit of a playmaker.
Can't wait to watch James Wisniewski put this kid through the wall.
