TSN ranks the Rangers #16 in the NHL (#10 in Eastern Conference) in their 30-in-30 season preview.
They touch on the Rangers offseason moves, say scoring is the team's biggest issue and Alex Frolov is the Blueshirts player to watch.
...while I think the Rangers will end up in the playoffs I don't think TSN's assessment is that far off.

I always thought TSN was the best source for hockey..I'm on there everyday for accurate updates and in depth analysis.
