Mitch Beck at Howlings reports that the Carolina Hurricanes have assigned former Rangers 2006 first round pick Bobby Sanguinetti to their AHL affiliate the Charlotte Checkers.Sanguinetti did not play in either of the Hurricanes first two regular season games in Europe against Minnesota.
...i wasn't a big fan of the Rangers trading Sanguinetti but he's looking more and more like a typical Rangers first round bust.
