According to ESPN.com, the Colorado Avalance have reached an agreement Monday with Peter Forsberg on a contract through the 2007-08 season......this is great news for the Rangers on two levels. One, it means he's not coming here, where he's obviously not needed with the Rangers solid up the middle and the offense finally clicking. Two, he went out West meaning the only time we'd see him is in the Stanley Cup Finals.
