Steve Zipay at Blue Notes spoke with Vinny Prospal after informal practice today about what to expect from a John Tortorella training camp...Prospal said that Tampa personnel recently sent north “the rope that you put between the nets for testing---for the laps---so I don’t think he’s gonna change one bit. The first three days are the worst, it’s by far the worst training camp I’ve ever experienced. This is my 17th year overseas and I’ve never experienced anything like that..”
