Kessel Traded to Leafs

TSN reports the Boston Bruins have traded Phil Kessel to the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for a first and a second round pick in 2010, and a first round pick in 2011. Kessel and the Maple Leafs then quickly agreed to terms on a new five-year, $27 million deal.

...now that this Kessel distraction is out of the way can we please sign Dubinsky?

Rangers should jump at that 2 year offer. To lock up Dubinsky for 2 years for a little over 2 million would be a steal. He's gonna get more than 2 million for one year if he goes to arbitration in 2010.

DUBINSKY SIGNED!!! Andrew Gross just confirmed he got a 2 year deal. 1.7 this year, 2 next, finally got the deal done, good job everyone, but it looks like the rangers caved, maybe someone extended an offersheet to him. I only worry that this will spiral out of control THIS offseason, with Lisin, Staal, Girardi, Boyle, and some others RFA's. Hopefully they put up this kind of fight.
