Stepan Continues to Shine

Newyorkrangers.com reports Rangers prospect Derek Stepan of the Team USA Under-20 squad picked up his fifth and sixth assists of the USA/Russia series during the third period of USA's 6-4 loss to Russia in game 3 of the four game series.

Rangers 2009 first round pick Chris Krieder was held scoreless, while third round pick Ryan Bourque was a healthy scratch after scoring two goals and an assist in the first two games.

...nice to have a playmaker like this in the Rangers system.
