This weekend's Rangers Season Subscriber Summer Festival has been rescheduled for September 5th due to forecasted weather conditions.The original festival was scheduled for this Saturday, August 29th at the Madison Square Garden Training Center in Tarrytown, N.Y. Rangers players and alumni who planned on attending were Ryan Callahan, Dan Girardi, Aaron Voros, John Tortorella, Nick Fotiu, Dave Maloney, Adam Graves, Ron Duguay and Brian Mullen.
Activities included a Summer barbecue featuring youth hockey clinics, autograph and photo sessions, open skates, player forums and interactive games.
...according to the official press release the festival is "...to celebrate the loyal and passionate Rangers fans by uniting them with their favorite players and alumni for an unforgettable day." And obviously in the world of the Dolans you're only considered a loyal and passionate Rangers fan if you're a season ticket holder.
...how about a festival for the rest of us lowely Rangers fans?
