Drury's Little League Success Began Reputation as Leader

Ross McKeon at Yahoo! Sports takes a look back at how Chris Drury's early success in life made him the leader he is today and will hopefully lead to a successful run for the US Olympic team...

"Those same leadership skills witnessed by a national viewing audience when Drury had barely turned 13 are the same that the U.S. is counting on. Burke talked specifically about those characteristics in terms of Drury, who is likely competing for his last shot at the Olympics since it’s doubtful the NHL will participate in the next Games."

Drury will be enshrined in the Little League Hall of Excellence this week.

...this is a big season for Drury with the Rangers. This is unequivocally his team and he needs to step up his game.
