Steve Zipay at Blue Notes has a nice recap from the Rangers informal practice today including this from Sean Avery...
"Sean Avery was in mid-season form. After being denied by Matt Zaba on a tip in front, the Grate One gave the 'tender a maskwash with his glove. To his credit, Zaba jabbed Aves with the butt end of his stick."
...really is great to have Avery back for a full season again.
Other observations include Chris Higgins scoring on a one-timer, a bulked up Artem Anisimov scoring on Steve Valiquette and Brandon Dubinsky whipping a goal under the crossbar.
...its amazing how positive all the reports have been from camp so far. I'm afraid I'm going to start getting overconfident about this team.
