Rangers Win Nissan Metro Ice Challenge

Somehow lost in the Rangers clutch victory over the Devils last night was with that win they earned themselves a second straight Nissan Metro Ice Challenge Championship. The Rangers and Devils came into the final MIC game tied with 14 points.

Last year the Rangers and Islanders had a controversial tie (here and here) for the crown.

Rangers - 16 points

Devils - 14 points

Islanders - 6 points

...wonder why MSG Network didn't pick-up the TV coverage after Versus to allow Ranger fans to witness the team celebrating another Metro Ice Challenge Championship. Strange. (J/J)
