On Monday, I posted that the Rangers chances of making the playoffs were a paltry 7.2%.
Now just four days later, Greg Wyshynski at Puck Daddy says those chances have ballooned to 20.9%. A number which is actually higher than the 14.7% for the ninth place Thrashers.
...they had to string us along. Couldn't they have just put us out of our misery these last two games. Now I'll start getting excited again that the Rangers might actually make the playoffs then bam a home-and-home sweep at the hands of the Brian Boucher-led Flyers to end the season and their chances of making the big dance.
