According to newyorkrangers.com, the Rangers have assigned recently acquired forward Mark Bell to the Hartford Wolfpack.
Bell was claimed by the Rangers off re-entry waivers from the Toronto Maple Leafs on February 25.
...this move is obviously made in anticipation of the Rangers claiming Avery.
