Jokinen, Prust Expected to Be in LA Tonight

Update, 2:04 p.m.:
Rick Carpiniello at the Rangers Reports says that according to the Rangers Jokinen and Prust are expected to be in the lineup tonight.

...i guess I'm gonna have to stay up and watch tonight now.

Original Post:
Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants reported last night that both Olli Jokinen and Brandon Prust are expected to join the Rangers tonight in Los Angeles.

...while they're expected to join the team, I'd be shocked to see them in the line-up against the Kings. More likely against the Capitals at home on Thursday.

So, where does that leave us? Are we really gonna have a line of Voros, Brashear, and Boyle on the ice against a decent team tonight?

Too bad the first game is in LA, doubt I'll be staying up to catch much of this one.

At 5'11 and 195 pounds, Prust is no bigger then Avery....This team still needs a Heavyweight!!!!

Tie Domi was 5' 10" and I think he was considered a heavy weight.

in some ways i'm more excited to see what Prust has got. biggest thing this team is missing, even more than goal scoring, is grit and some balls. pumped for tonight's game

Heikkinen is Finnish, so Jokinen is actually the 2nd Finnish player of the year. But Im excited anyway.
