On Wednesday the Dallas Stars placed their back-up goaltender Alex Auld on waivers, which he cleared. Now today, Bob McKenzie of TSN tweets that they Stars have put him on re-entry waivers meaning a team can claim him and pay just half his salary.Auld, who is in the final year of his contract that pays him $1 million, is 9-6-3 with a 3.00 gaa and a .894 save% with Dallas this season.
...cheap, veteran goaltender. Can the Rangers please claim this guy and clean-up their back-up goaltending mess?
