According to Larry Brooks at The New York Post, if Wade Redden's status remains unchanged the Rangers will likely recall defenseman Corey Potter from Hartford for tomorrow's game against Calgary....i understand the reasoning for sending both Potter and Fahey down to Hartford to get playing time at the beginning of the season. However that strategy has now forced the Rangers to possibly insert Potter into his first NHL game at a time when the Rangers seem to be sputtering a bit on defense instead of working Potter into games earlier in the year.
