Rick Westhead at Fox News looks at how Alexei Cherepanov is still being remembered in Russia..."In death, Cherepanov is still the star. He is buried in the VIP section of the city's cemetery, next to a doctor who died in 1994 trying to save people after the Chernobyl nuclear accident. A few steps away, there is a monument for 22 Russian soldiers who died in Afghanistan, all on Dec. 3, 1981."
