Ranger fans really feel sorry for isles fans like you. The islanders haven't won a playoff series in over a decade, are well below the cap minimum because nobody wants to play for that shitty organization that has an uncertain future, and will probably move cities because their fan base has decreased immensely. I love that he scores alot of those dirty goals in front. Not as much of a free-wheeler as i first thought. His style of play fits right in with the rest of the team and should compliment Gaborik's play style very well. So excited to see Frolov in Broadway Blue

Do you Ranger fans realize that the first 3 cups you won don't count because there were only 9 teams in the league when you won them? Do u realize that you went 54 years without a Stanley Cup? Do you realize it took you over 60 years to win the same amount of Cups we won in 4 years? Do you realize that while your arena isn't quite as bad as ours, it is still a s***hole with terrible sightlines? Do you realize that once this rebuild comes to fruition the Isles will kick your ass on a nightly basis WHILE DYLAN MCILRATH IS STILL IN THE MINORS AND CAM FOWLER IS WINNING NORRIS TROPHIES IN ANAHEIM? First of all, you're going to say the first 3 don't count? Why? Because the amount of hockey talent isn't what it is today? The rangers won the cup against the best players in the world. Are you going to discredit half of Wayne Gretzky's goals because he played against less teams and the goalies 'weren't as good'? That's just crazy. And not one person has even brought up the past on here. It's all current news that is going on right now. Nobody cares about who won the 1987 cup. It makes no difference now. And this "rebuild" you're speaking of doesn't look to promising. Besides Tavares, who I'll admit is a great player, you have no one. Moulson will not score 20 goals this year. You have Okposo who has really not improved too much and will be a RFA after this year. Josh Bailey is a complete disappointment. Schremp doesn't know how to play without the puck. He's skilled, but not skilled enough to make up for his lack of awareness on the ice. And have you watched Bruno Gervais play hockey? I wouldn't even consider what he does hockey. It's worse than Redden. So you can go ahead and say your team is rebuilding and you're locking up guys, but realistically they're not any better than what we have. In fact, I'd say they're worse. And at least we have the facilities and intangibles to keep our homegrown kids here. You will soon see your "boys" leaving for better opportunities. And not to mention your lack of veteran presence to teach these guys. And don't count Weight because he didn't play half the season. And I know your coach knows nothing so I wouldn't leave that up to him.
All in all, it's just dumb to come onto a RANGERS blog and try and state some exaggeration like you did. If your team was SOOOOO good you wouldnt have to waste your time reading about your rivals' news. But then again, I don't blame you because you probably don't have much to read about nowadays.

Our rebuild doesn't look too promising? Why don't you take a look at this year's Hockey News Yearbook and see what they have to say about our prospects. Okposo isn't good? Yes that would explain why he OWNS YOUR TEAM EVERY TIME WE PLAY YOU. Bailey isn't good? Yes, that would explain why he was recently named one of the best young players in the NHL by nhl.com writers. Moulson won't score 20? Watch him. And yes I would take Bruno over Wade any day. Wade is not just a terrible player, but a pickpocket. Bruno may not be great, but he is constantly involved in charitable events on Long Island why your thug team collects their paychecks and contributes absolutely nothing to society. Your players don't even high five the young kids in the tunnel during games!
