Today's Game 3 Recap Headlines

Most of the newspaper articles obviously deal with the OT goal...

John Jeansome at Newsday reports on the Rangers getting more attention than the Devils..."Still and forever, though, the Devils never will scale that unscalable mountain of Rangers visibility and devotion - any more than the Islanders could reach that summit a quarter century ago when they positively ruled the NHL for a remarkable four consecutive years."

At the Daily News Filip Bondy writes about the Garden Faithful directing their chants at Brodeur..."The Beast returned to the Garden last night, a crowd so loud and insistent it would not be denied a human sacrifice. And its primary target, from the start, was the suddenly vulnerable Martin Brodeur."

Jay Greenberg at The New York Post says the Devils got all the bounces last night..."The game-opening goal went in off the shaft of Blair Betts' stick, just as Sergei Brylin was trying to illegally kick the puck in. Zach Parise's lead goal from the bottom of the faceoff circle changed direction off Brendan Shanahan. John Madden's winner was banked in off Marc Staal's leg as he stood alone in front of Lundqvist."
