The Daily News wants to know which Ranger players fans want back next season, and who they'd put on the first train out of New York. To vote click here.
...the results are pretty much what you'd expect. Except for my boy Voros who the majority of Rangers fans want out and I'd like to see back.
...i abstained on Prospal.

Your slant on Prospal gets more bizarre every day.
Kudos for hanging in and keeping the blog alive. Contrary to what all the pundits write, I believe it’s not talent holding the team back. It is attitude and desire. Do we address Drury as Captain? Can something be done over the summer that doesn’t kill the team that started and ended the season to fix the one that didn’t show up for the middle?
Jack, I have multiple personalities when it comes to keeping Prospal or not.
The thing with Prospal is he was effective this year and he cares. The other thing is he's getting old (at least for a hockey player), he wore down towards the latter stages of the season, and it would be realistic to expect the same thing to happen next year. It's tough because he's not a part of the long-term future of this club, but he will likely make us better next season. I say don't re-sign him, and give one of the Hartford kids like Parenteau or Grachev an opportunity to develop at the NHL level. That way when Stepan and Kreider eventually show up, they'll be joining a good, young core.
I just voted and saw that 4% of the votes want dump Staal, Cally and Gabby while 5% want to dump Henrik. These are either people that know nothing or are so disgruntled they want to throw everyone out. Perhaps a NYR Tea Party?
What JoeR said. Funny stuff Rusty.
