NHL.com is reporting that Wrigley Field has been named the site of the 2009 Winter Classic. The Chicago Blackhawks will face off against fellow Original Six team Detroit Red Wings at 1 p.m. on January 1, 2009. For more information click here....too bad, would have been cool to see the Rangers close out Yankee Stadium.
