Rangers Sign Kotalik

Newyorkrangers.com is reporting that the Rangers have signed unrestricted free agent right wing Ales Kotalik who has averaged over 20 goals for the past four NHL seasons.

Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants reports the deal is three years for $9 million. (Hat tip to Brian)

...and we have Zherdev's replacement.

Just read on Andrew Gross' blog that the terms are 3 years for $9 million, $3 million per.

This surely means that Zherdev won't be returning, although I still hope he does.
