9. Rangers - The only positive in Week 19 for the Rangers was that they picked up their first win in February. New York comes into Week 20 having lost five of its last six games and seven of its last eight dating to Jan. 28.
...how in the world do the Rangers move up after going 1-2-1 since the last poll? I've seen other polls that have the Rangers as low as #20. I might I have to re-think using this poll because obviously Fox Sports isn't doing their homework.
