Sources have confirmed to TSN that the Hartford Wolf Pack will be the likely destination for Sean Avery's return to professional hockey.However, TSN notes that the Rangers and Wolf Pack have yet to finalize an arrangement with the Dallas Stars to provide a home for Avery in the event he clears waivers on Monday.
...looks like the second step towards Avery becoming a Ranger has taken place.

If Avery was re-signed I doubt any Rangers fans would be saying, "trade him." Sloppy seconds comments or no. We all know us fans are tentative about the return of fan favorites but....this team could use it. No?
