Mark Lelinwalla at the Daily News has this report from the unveiling ceremony...Part of the project includes curving in the middle and upper bowl areas 17 degrees to bring fans closer to the action, plus a spacious, skylit lobby entrance area and wider concourses in the arena. Barry Watkins, the Garden's senior VP of communications, said Friday he did not know how seating capacity would be affected.
