Opponent Notes:
- The Flyers are heading to the postseason for the second consecutive year and for the 33rd time in their 42-year history. And with 97 points, are tied with the Carolina Hurricanes for fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings but hold a game in hand.

- The Flyers are 26-2-6 in games when Jeff Carter scores a goal. And since Nov. 2, they are an amazing 23-0-3 when Carter scores. He has four goals in the last three games to become the 20th player in Flyers’ history to score 45, however, hasn’t found the back of the net in the last six games against the Rangers and has only four goals in 27 career meetings.

- D Ryan Parent left the Flyers last game with a groin injury in the second period and could miss the final three games of the regular season.
