Tortorella Gets #%^&ing Angry

Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants reports that John Tortorella was very unhappy with the Rangers at practice today as he yelled to the players...

"If you're going to show up to practice, show up for ^*($)#(* practice," Tortorella barked. "We'll all get along ^#@)(* fine."

Tortorella then had a one-on-one "chat" with Scott Gomez and also addressed defensemen Marc Staal, Dan Girardi, Derek Morris and Paul Mara along the boards.

Chris Drury did not skate for the second straight day. However, Tortorella said he'll be fine for tomorrow's game at Philadelphia.

...love to see Tortorella keeping these guys focused despite already being in the playoffs. All anyone has to remember is New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin's decision last year to play New England tough in a meaningless final game of the season which catapulted the G-men to a Super Bowl victory.
