Dan Rosen at NHL.com has a nice feature on Nik Antropov's adjustment to being traded to the Rangers...
"Obviously it's not like when you're starting the season with the team and you're with the same guys the whole season," Antropov said. "It's a little different, but I'm trying to feel, and hopefully the guys in the dressing room feel, like I'm a part of what we're doing right now."
On playing at MSG, Antropov said he never paid much attention to the atmosphere at the famous arena when he played there as a visitor, but now that he's a Ranger he realizes how special the building actually is.
...Antropov has been a major addition to this team and without him I don't think the Rangers are in the playoffs.
...with the Blueshirts cap situation they're going to have to decide between him and Zherdev on who they want to keep. Right now, I'd go with Antropov.
...Antropov must be really focused during a game, how has he never noticed the atmosphere at MSG?
Rosen also has an article on the Rangers best defense being a good offense against the Capitals here.

zherdev will have to be big in the playoffs to convince me that he should get re signed. unfortunately sather will prob sign him no matter what. He really is a terrible GM. Iam worried he will bring kovalev in as well.
