Theodore faced the new-look Rangers on Sept. 24 in the second-to-last preseason game, which the Capitals lost, 3-2."
...i know Varlamov didn't make it out of the second period in the Caps last game (a 6-5 OTL to the Flyers) and that Theodore is the starter, but with the way the Russian netminder played against the Rangers in the playoffs last year I'm shocked not to see him in there tonight.
