Fox Sports has the Rangers ranked at #14 in their most recent power rankings down from #10 last week...

14. Rangers - The Rangers hit the road for three games in Week 6 and only earned two of the six points that were on the table. New York's power play was non-existent in the two losses, going 0-for-8.

While, SI.com had dropped the Blueshirts three spots to #13...

13. Rangers - They lost more than two of three on their Western Canada swing. They'll be without Brandon Dubinsky (4-6 weeks, broken hand) and Chris Drury (indefinitely, suspected concussion). Both have struggled, but their absences will challenge the team's depth. Could be an opportunity for Artem Anisimov and Evgeny Gratchev to step up. Last week: 1-2.
