Brashear a Game-Time Decision

Steve Zipay at Blue Notes reports that Donald Brashear is still sore and will be a game-time decision. If Brashear can't go Aaron Voros will replace him.

...not a big deal if Brash can't play. I've liked what Voros is bringing so far this year.

While Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants discusses where the Rangers stand with a seventh defenseman stating that the reports out of Hartford are that Bobby Sanguinetti and Ilkka Heikkinen have been OK and that scouts from the Capitals were not impressed with Corey Potter.

Finally, Gross reports that John Tortorella believes Artem Anisimov and Enver Lisin have started to develop their games nicely and that it’s important for the European guys to stick around the Rangers’ training facility for at least part of the summer noting...

“I think that’s part of their responsibility, to be acceptable to getting some training from within an organization during the summertime.”
