Gilroy with Another Assist

Hartfordwolfpack.com reports that Matt Gilroy picked up his third assist in three games since being sent down to Hartford, during the Wolf Pack's 2-1 shootout loss to the Albany River Rats today.

...do the Wolf Pack play every night? I feel like they played about six games this week.

...nice to see Gilroy finding his offensive game again. Tough to tell how he's doing on defense, but after a -2 in his first game he's gone a combined +1 in the next two.

He never should have been sent down in the first place. Yes, his offensive game wasn't there but he was not hurting this team defensively.

I don't know about that, Jason. He was pretty shaky defensively. He may not have been the absolute worst with regard to defense, but he surely has a lot to learn about positioning and using the body effectively.

I agree with the other Jason. He struggled the last game or two. Not sure how you say he was pretty shaky about your only dman on the team that is a +. DelZotto is a -10. Girardi is a -7. Sit the kid down for a game and let him watch the game. You hurt the team more by sending him down.
