Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants reports that John Tortorella did his best Jim Mora impression when asked how he would feel about the team if they made the playoffs..."Don't ask me that, we're not in," Tortorella said. "You're asking the wrong guy that wrong question because we're not in. We have to play a game. Don't talk to me about the playoffs. There's no sense asking me questions about the playoffs."
...to me that Mora quote is the best sports press conference moment of all time. A close second is the Allen Iverson's "Practice" interview. Both classics.
Gross also reports that Sean Avery (a little sore after being banged around against Montreal) and Nik Antropov sat out today's 20-minute practice.
