Jagrmeister

The Hockey News and NHL.com have features on Jagr...

From Sam McCaig The Hockey News...

"Depending whom you ask, Jagr has either been the NHL’s best player since Wayne and Mario (right, early ’90s Pens fans and current Rangers fans?) or, conversely, the worst team-killing cancer the game has ever seen (right, Caps fans?)."

From Dan Rosen at NHL.com...

"However, in the 2008 Stanley Cup Playoffs, which could be the last of Jagr’s storied career, he’s taken his introspective nature to an altogether new level, almost the same way he’s taken his game to heights it hasn’t reached since the 2005-06 season."

...if Jagr wants to return to the NHL next year, and hopefully the love he's received over the last few weeks helps, Sather has to do everything in his power to re-sign him. He's shown in these playoffs that he's still got the goods.
