  1. Should be a good game. Hopefully the rangers can show that they can contend with the leauges best, and maybe even beat them too. If halak is not starting, the rangers have the ability to win this by a good amount.

  9. The last ten minutes, especially the last 2, seemed like the Rangers could care less if they won. The forecheck was non-existant.

  10. pretty terrible they cant produce on offense especially when biron gives up just 1 goal tonight... the inconsistency of this team is pretty frustrating

  11. Two reasons we lost that game...

    1: Boogaard
    2: Bill McCreary

  13. Time to try 4 forwards and 1 offensive Dman on the PP. Second consecutive game with a 5 minute major PP and Rangers did nothing with either opportunity. No sustained pressure whatsoever. Couldn't even keep the puck in the offensive zone.

Rangers need more shot attempts. They're looking for perfect pass, perfect shot, perfect lane opening. Not going to happen. This is the NHL. Pretty basic, get the puck towards the net and chances are some will go in.

  14. the last game the rangers had a decent sized lead so they were willing to just let 5 minutes run off the clock
